We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leads Generator to join our Sales department in Islamabad, Pakistan. This is a full-time remote role that offers a competitive salary range of PKR 10,000 to PKR 50,000. As a Leads Generator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new sales leads, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. You will be working closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, and utilize various tools and technologies to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, marketing automation, and data analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO optimization. They will utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics, to manage and track leads, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The Leads Generator will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing automation campaigns, and utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness. Additionally, they will be responsible for scoring and qualifying leads, and handing over qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a strong foundation in sales and marketing principles, as well as experience with CRM software, data analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo is highly desirable, as well as experience with lead scoring models, SEO optimization techniques, and social media management tools. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of Google Analytics, and be able to analyze data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
